Senior Lecturer Creative Computing

What you will be working on:

• You independently design and teach courses in the degree programme Creative Computing and other degree programmes in the department Media and Digital Technologies
• You will supervise bachelor and master theses
• You support the organisation and further development of teaching in the department
• You propose and carry out R&D projects
• You are establishing and maintaining contacts with external (industry and academia) and internal partners

What we expect from you:

• Doctorate in a subject relevant to the position or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge and several years of experience in User Experience Design (User-Centred Design, User Research, Usability Evaluation, Low- and High-Level Prototyping) and knowledge in Human Computer Interaction
• Comfort in working with at least one of the following technologies: HTML/CSS/JavaScript, C#, Unity, Kotlin, Swift
• Experience in Design Thinking and/or Agile Methods and/or Human-Centred AI and/or Information Visualisation is an advantage
• Experience in academic or industrial research
• Excellent written and spoken English skills (level C2)
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and communicative and didactic competences
